Katie Jean Shinkle is the author of three novellas and six chapbooks, most recently Ruination (Spuyten Duyvil, 2018), Rat Queen (Bloof Books, 2019), and Will You Kiss Me Goodnight? (The Offending Adam, forthcoming). Her creative work and criticism has appeared in Flaunt Magazine, The Georgia Review, Denver Quarterly, Fugue, Puerto del Sol, and elsewhere. She holds a Ph.D. in Creative Writing and Literature from the University of Denver, and serves as co-poetry editor of DIAGRAM.
