COVID Policy
We will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for those attending the event in-person. If attendees have proof of exemption from vaccination, we ask that they present us with this proof in the form of a vaccine card or receipt as well as a negative COVID-19 test no earlier than 3 days in advance (June 6th). Those who do not have either proof of vaccination or proof of exemption with a negative test will not be admitted to the venue.
We prioritize community care and acknowledge that there may be many among us who are in some way immunocompromised. Local regulations prohibit us from making indoor masking mandatory, but we encourage masking indoors, and will have reminders and signs hung to encourage mask wearing. Edison Ballroom has recently upgraded to a class MERV4 Air Filtration System.
REFUND Policy
Refunds are available with proof of payment emailed to awards@lambdaliterary.org until 5pm ET on June 5th, 2023.
After June 5th, refunds will only be issued for cancellations related to positive COVID-19 tests. All other reasons for canceled attendance will be regarded as a tax-deductible donation to Lambda Literary.
