Guthrie Blechman crosses fiction genres and forms to illuminate the joy and trauma, marginalization, power, and complexity of their trans and queer community. They’ve worked in case management and higher education and provide LGBTQIA+ sensitivity editing services. Degrees include an M.F.A. in creative writing from Columbia College of Chicago and a B.A. in psychology from Arcadia University. They are currently working on a collection of short speculative fiction and a trans-centric YA coming-of-age novel.
