Call For Submissions: The Vassar Review is Seeking Poetry

The poetry editors of the Vassar Review invite you to submit your work for the 5th year of the revived journal. The theme of this year’s journal is “Protest, Prophecy, Play”, embodying our commitment to assembling a salient collection of poetry that interrogates the immediacy of surviving today with the knowledge of an unpromised future.
We will be accepting submissions relating to the theme of “Protest, Prophecy, Play” from now until January 26, 2020, for a May release. With each submission, we ask that you please include your name, contact information (mailing and email addresses), and a short cover letter. Feel free to add a short description of the work if you think it is necessary.
We accept submissions of up to 6 poems or 10 total pages; however, work outside of the bounds of “poetry” are also welcome.
