This week, a poem by Chip Livingston.
The Saints of the Republic
There have been so many gods of love
Eras of religious eros heroes
Studded in exaltations secular
Examining the exaltations missed
And advantaged exalting questions
Interpreted secular erogenous excess
Sects dedicated to eros heroic
Exhalations anatomical devotions
There are so many gods of love
